Social Media & Community Manager

About the Role

Silqfi is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves owning the end-to-end marketing communication for both Fina Capital and Mowaridi, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery across all online and offline channels for both brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and review all marketing communication output for Fina Capital and Mowaridi.
• Collaborate with business teams for both brands to align on priorities, offers, and upcoming plans.
• Plan the performance marketing strategy and budget, providing briefs to the Media Buyer team.
• Manage communication timelines, ensuring all deadlines are tracked and met.
• Coordinate with the Social Media team to ensure consistent messaging and aligned campaigns.
• Develop and maintain online and offline communication plans for both brands.
• Work closely with the Creative team to ensure clear messaging across all assets.
• Liaise with Customer Support to identify common customer questions and develop content with the Creative team to address them.
• Produce weekly activity and progress reports, along with a monthly summary report.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably managing multiple brands or product lines simultaneously.
• Experience in planning performance marketing budgets and briefing media buying teams.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and identify potential delays.
• Excellent written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business, creative, social media, and performance teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration across various internal teams to achieve communication objectives for Fina Capital and Mowaridi.
