About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Team Leader, Beverage-Operations to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves overseeing the efficient functioning of the beverage operations area, ensuring smooth processes and adherence to operational plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the efficient function and overall control of all activities within the beverage operations section.
• Take immediate action in response to operational changes, such as aircraft changes or additional flights.
• Manage material withdrawals from the Main Store and other sources, ensuring all required resources are available for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for timely maintenance of handling equipment and facilities.
• Assist Supervisors/Assistant Managers in preparing peak planning for the section's overall functions.
• Liaise with other sections and departments to obtain necessary information and support for seamless operations.
• Maintain strict discipline within the section and conduct spot checks on staff turnout, reporting findings to the relevant Supervisor/In-Charge.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports, statistics, and other reports as directed by the Supervisor.
• Ensure daily activities are followed up through logbooks and proper briefing/handover to the next Shift Supervisor.
• Assist Senior Supervisors in preparing training programs, rosters, and vacation plans, ensuring strict adherence.
• Supervise all extra jobs assigned via IOCs/Emails and maintain proper files for various instructions received.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of TAS and supervise month-end inventory for submission to the Accounts Department.
• Oversee the assembly and loading of flights according to DBL and within deadlines, coordinating with Handling Supervisors to ensure timely checks in the Assembly area.
• Adhere to the operation plan and report any deviations to the Supervisor.
• Assume the responsibilities of the Transport Supervisor when required.
• Coordinate between Service Representatives checking flights and all preparation sections to ensure on-time assembly and adherence to standards.
• Ensure a standard requirement of dry ice is always available, coordinating with Main Stores for procurement.
• Ensure availability of dry stores and coordinate with Saudia Stores for procurement.
• Coordinate with Sky Sales to ensure availability of Sky Sales carts for SV flights.
• Ensure up-to-date information regarding loading/packing plans and menu descriptions is available in Assembly for reference.
• Ensure security checklists are duly completed by staff checking flights and maintain proper records.
• Prioritize and action up-catering orders.
• In case of an accident, thoroughly investigate causes and forward a proper report to the Supervisor.
• Liaise with Maintenance/Cleaning Sections on a shift basis for services as required.
• Ensure the serviceability of equipment/items provided on flights.
• Ensure safety regulations are briefed to all reporting staff.
• Maintain close coordination with Transport, Dispatch, Handling, Tray Setting, Beverage, Kit, Dishwashing, Equipment, and Production for the smooth functioning of the section.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
