Site Supervisor Dumat Al Jandal

About the Role

Vestas is seeking a Site Supervisor for a full-time position in Dawmat Al Jandal, Sakākah, Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia. This role is within the Service department, which is responsible for executing maintenance contracts for Vestas's customers. Vestas Saudi Arabia operates as part of the Vestas Africa & Middle East cluster, within the Vestas MED region.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Vestas core values: Simplicity, Collaboration, Accountability, and Passion.
• Act as an example and ambassador for safety culture.
• Lead and develop an operational team.
• Execute contractual obligations and optimize site/asset performance.
• Deliver company expectations on core metrics, including total recordable injury, lost production factor, direct costs per megawatt, and planning execution.
• Coordinate and serve as a focal point for the site with internal and external stakeholders such as contractors, Vestas Technical function, Supply chain, Continuous improvement, and Lean initiatives.
