Bonyan Construction is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing project execution and ensuring operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor manages project timelines to meet critical milestones and maintain overall schedule integrity across all phases of execution. This role involves overseeing project budgets by monitoring expenditures, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring financial efficiency without compromising quality. The Site Supervisor acts as a vital link between clients, contractors, and internal teams, fostering strong collaboration and proactively addressing challenges to ensure project goals are met with precision and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring the project timeline, scope, and budget to ensure completion milestones and target budgets are achieved.
• Organizing and directing project activities with the project team.
• Studying project specifications to determine the most effective construction methods.
• Overseeing contracts, negotiating revisions, and managing communication with architects, consultants, employers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attending and managing project progress meetings, and liaising with all key stakeholders including developers, consultants, vendors, and team members.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, where the Site Supervisor will be actively involved in project sites and stakeholder meetings to ensure successful project delivery.
