Site Supervisor

About the Role

AREEB is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Site Supervisor will support the daily supervision of façade installation activities on-site, ensuring work is conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to assist in overseeing on-site façade installation, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and procedures. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in coordinating site activities, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the supervision of daily façade installation activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers regarding daily activities, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
• Assist with site inspections and monitor progress to ensure activities are completed according to the project plan.
• Verify that façade components are installed in strict accordance with shop drawings and approved installation methods.
• Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality requirements, including conducting safety checks and identifying site issues.
• Report any technical, material, or installation issues to the Senior Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Maintain basic records of daily progress, manpower, material usage, and overall site activities.
• Support the team in checking completed works and following up on defect rectification processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably within façade installation or a related construction field.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with site safety protocols and quality control procedures.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves working on-site to directly supervise construction activities. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including engineers, subcontractors, and workers, in a dynamic construction environment.
