Join Al-Shorouk Foundation, a leading general contracting company, as a Cleaning Supervisor. You will assist in the direct supervision of cleaning crews and ensure the completion of all daily cleaning tasks according to quality and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities: - Direct supervision of daily task distribution and monitoring worker performance.
- Training new workers on proper procedures and safe equipment handling.
- Ensuring shifts start on time and providing necessary materials.
- Conducting ongoing inspections to ensure compliance with required cleanliness levels.
- Submitting daily reports on work progress and violations to the project manager.
- Maintaining equipment, ensuring its cleanliness, and providing basic maintenance.
Required Qualifications:At least one year of experience supervising cleaning teams in large facilities.
