Are you looking for a new challenge in sales? Salama Cooperative Insurance Company invites you to join them as a Sales Specialist responsible for setting sales policies and monitoring their implementation by evaluating results and preparing relevant documents and reports.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Study and follow market developments, identify and develop marketing goals and sales methods.
  • Estimate expected sales volume and translate goals into sales plans.
  • Propose sales policies and follow up on their implementation.
  • Evaluate the results of sales representatives' work and suggest corrective plans.
  • Prepare documents and reports related to sales and save them according to approved policies.

Requirements:
  • Practical experience of no less than two years in sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Marketing Communication, E-commerce, or Sales Management.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English at an advanced level.

  • Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to be based in Najran.
