About the Program Manager Role

Autobia is currently launching new projects and initiatives that are in their early stages, each aiming to open a new market segment. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead these initiatives from conception to execution. This full-time role is based in Dhahran, Eastern region, and requires 2-5 years of experience. The Program Manager will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to structure early-stage programs, validate market opportunities, and transform incomplete ideas into actionable plans. This position demands strong discipline in program management and delivery, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to create clarity in an evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs from initiation to completion.
• Structure new initiatives and projects in their early stages, defining scope, success metrics, timelines, and inter-track dependencies, starting from a blank slate.
• Translate business objectives into clear plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Study market segments and customer needs to determine the focus and prioritize the execution of each initiative.
• Monitor risks early, resolve conflicts, and remove impediments to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate progress, priorities, and blockers clearly to executive management and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives.
• Enhance coordination among distributed teams and ensure operational consistency.
• Continuously improve program management processes, tools, and governance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Two or more years of experience in program or project management within a technology or fast-growing startup environment.
• Proven experience managing large or cross-functional programs from inception to completion.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills for meetings and workshops.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using data analysis for decision-making, reporting, and tracking program performance.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Experience launching new products, projects, or business lines from scratch is a plus.

Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Eastern region.
