About the Role

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is seeking an Associate Human Resources Analyst to join their team in Dhahran. This full-time role involves performing various data forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities with a basic or tactical impact. The position supports the viability and sustainability of JHAH HR's current and future initiatives, aligning with the organization's overall strategic and operational goals.

Role Overview

The Associate Human Resources Analyst will contribute to key HR functions including budgets, performance indices, survey analysis, planning, and reporting activities across Policies, Total Rewards, Planning, and Organizational Development. This role is integral to providing analytical support that informs decision-making processes within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data and prepare reports to support analytics that inform decision-making processes.
• Maintain departmental reports, including business plans, accountability reports, statistical reports, and other related documents for management review.
• Support initiatives focused on cost control measures.
• Assist with manpower labor budget forecasting and analytics within established operating plans and standards.
• Support the administration of various HR programs, such as annual performance reviews, incentive and merit increase programs, payroll cycles, and organizational structure development.
• Assist with quantitative and qualitative analysis for a variety of HR programs.
• Create financial models to assess the financial impact of proposed plan designs.
• Research and collect market data for analysis, formulating recommendations aligned with JHAH HR objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-2 years of relevant experience. The role requires an individual capable of performing detailed analytical tasks and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
