The Role: Drilling Services Applications Engineer

Baker Hughes is seeking a Drilling Services Applications Engineer for a full-time position in Dhahran, Eastern region. This role involves ensuring flawless execution of drilling services through active participation in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. The Applications Engineer will collaborate with Service Delivery Coordinators and other cross-functional resources to ensure all application aspects and constraints are thoroughly understood and addressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
• Collaborate with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand client well construction or production objectives.
• Design well profiles and execute applications engineering tasks, including developing risk mitigation and contingency plans, to meet client objectives, maximize revenue potential, and secure future job assignments.
• Address field incidents related to products/services and participate in incident investigations as required, ensuring end-to-end process adherence.
• Provide sales support and product application recommendations.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 7-10 years of relevant experience in drilling services or a related field.
