About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking an HR Programs & Reporting Analyst / Coordinator for a contract position in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This role is central to driving the Specialist Development Program (SDP) by analyzing existing systems, identifying operational requirements, and resolving reporting and data gaps. The incumbent will also streamline processes through automation or redesign, ensuring the program's efficiency and integrity.

Role Context and Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Specialist Development Program (SDP) by providing analytical and coordination expertise. This involves a focus on data accuracy, system integrity, and reliable program reporting, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems to identify operational requirements and resolve reporting and data gaps.
• Streamline processes through automation or redesign to enhance program efficiency.
• Manage SDP-specific accountability metrics and conduct audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Facilitate SDP/APDP Board meetings, including organizing sessions, preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, dashboards, and executive e-Packages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and reliable program reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze systems and identify operational improvements.
• Experience in managing data, reporting, and process optimization within HR or program management contexts.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in Dhahran, Eastern Province. The role requires collaboration with various internal stakeholders to ensure program success.
