About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a Senior HR Systems Development Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on supporting and enhancing HR systems and digital solutions. The analyst will optimize HR processes, manage system improvements, and collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver efficient, compliant, and user-focused services that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain HR systems and applications, coordinating with IT and vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Ensure system configurations align with HR policies and business needs.
  • Analyze and improve HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, leave, and employee lifecycle.
  • Develop standardized HR workflows, automate manual activities, and identify process gaps for improvement.
  • Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for IT.
  • Support solution design and implementation for HR system projects.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR system enhancements, validating changes before production deployment.
  • Develop and maintain HR SOPs, policies, workflows, user guides, and process maps.
  • Coordinate HR system changes and Requests for Change (RFCs), supporting digital HR initiatives and system rollouts.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR users and provide functional support for HR system issues.

Role Accountabilities

  • Maintain updated soft and technical skills relevant to the job.
  • Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
  • Solve arising problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
  • Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
  • Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
