The Role of Online Surveyor

Saipem is seeking an Online Surveyor to join its Offshore Operations within the Survey Scope. This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of experience. The Online Surveyor will be responsible for supporting survey activities, ensuring the proper functioning and quality control of survey and positioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate online survey software and hardware, ensuring correct system configuration.
• Support the installation and verification of survey and positioning systems.
• Perform quality control on positioning and data acquisition systems.
• Manage survey data acquisition, logging, backup, and reporting activities.
• Conduct calibration and validation of survey systems.
• Maintain accurate survey logs, operational records, and field reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company (End Client) procedures, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in online surveying. The role requires a strong understanding of survey software and hardware operations, as well as experience in data acquisition, quality control, and system calibration. Some travel within KSA is expected for this position.
