Join Halian as a Senior Data Engineer - GCP & SAP!We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with a strong technical background to connect SAP systems with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and manage scalable and reliable data pipelines.
- Implement solutions for extracting data from SAP sources and ingesting it into Google BigQuery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot complex data pipeline issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong expertise in SAP systems (SAP BW and S/4HANA).
- Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform services, particularly BigQuery.
