We are continuously searching for a highly skilled Data Center Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will have the opportunity to work with one of the leading companies in providing workforce solutions in various fields.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and power distribution units (PDUs).
• Ensure the continuous availability of data center resources, including power, cooling, and network connectivity.
• Monitor system performance, network traffic, and environmental conditions to ensure uptime and efficiency.
• Optimize resource allocation and ensure load balancing across servers and network components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and software issues affecting data center operations.
• Implement security controls and policies related to infrastructure protection.
• Resolve critical issues and respond to incidents around the clock.
• Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 14 years of experience in data center operations or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and storage technology.
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in multi-tasking environments and under pressure.

At AiElements, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of our IT Services and Consulting division, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines that enhance our data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple data sources.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL and data integration issues.
• Collaborate with data analysts, BI teams, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Optimize ETL performance and improve existing data workflows.
• Document ETL processes, mappings, and technical designs.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of data integration solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Informatica tools, especially PowerCenter.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data quality and performance tuning techniques.
• Ability to analyze and solve data-related issues effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Informatica products (IDMC, Informatica Cloud).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema).
• Experience with large-scale or enterprise data environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell).
