About the Role

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail is seeking a Senior Analyst Strategic Project Development to join its team in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, covering operations in Dhahran and Al Jubail. This full-time role is central to leading high-impact strategic analyses that support the company's growth agenda. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for evaluating organic and inorganic growth opportunities, delivering data-driven insights to top management, and owning feasibility studies and strategic positioning assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Frame problems, define analytical approaches, and structure workplans for assigned strategic studies prior to analysis.
• Lead 1 to 2 concurrent strategic studies encompassing market, financial, and industrial feasibility.
• Analyze the company’s strategic fit and readiness for initiatives such as market entry, M&A, partnerships, and capacity expansion.
• Deliver clear, decision-oriented recommendations to the Manager and Director.
• Coordinate with internal experts to gather data and ensure alignment of analysis.
• Contribute to the 10-year strategic plan and budgeting process with scenario inputs.
• Prepare high-impact visuals and presentations for senior leadership and Board review.

Strategic Project Oversight

This position holds ownership of feasibility studies and strategic positioning assessments, directly supporting Board-level decision-making. The role is critical in evaluating potential growth avenues, both organic and inorganic, and translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. A core function is to ensure strategic initiatives align with the company's long-term vision and operational capabilities.

Team and External Management

The Senior Analyst is expected to frame problems independently and ensure the quality of analytical work. This includes quality-controlling the deliverables produced by Analysts and providing coaching on structuring, modeling, and slide writing. The role also involves managing external consultants, research providers, and data vendors on assigned workstreams, covering scoping, review of deliverables, and challenging findings to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Senior Analyst position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. This experience should ideally include a strong background in strategic analysis, project development, or a related field within an industrial or corporate setting. Demonstrated ability to lead complex analytical studies and present findings to senior stakeholders is essential.
