About the Role

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is seeking a Senior Physical Therapy Specialist to join their team in Dhahran. This full-time position involves administering therapeutic interventions across various patient care settings to restore physical function and improve quality of life.

Role Overview

The Senior Physical Therapy Specialist will provide advanced, skilled, and complex physical therapy services to patients with a wide range of illnesses, impairments, and disabilities. The primary objective is to enhance body movement and agility, manage movement disorders, alleviate pain, and prevent disability stemming from various conditions. This role is crucial in enabling individuals with physical limitations to achieve a greater level of normalcy and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer therapeutic interventions in inpatient, outpatient, and/or home care environments.
• Provide direct physical therapy services requiring advanced skills and complex interventions for diverse patient conditions.
• Assist and mentor staff members by providing targeted guidance to enhance their clinical reasoning and critical thinking abilities.
• Assess the need for staff development programs in clinical practice areas to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Evaluate patient care supplies and equipment, and provide recommendations to the supervisor.

Experience and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in physical therapy. The specialist will be expected to manage complex cases and contribute to the professional development of the therapy team.
