Senior Service Engineer

About the Role

Emerson is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join its team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for delivering aftermarket services for Emerson Analytical and Measurement products, including startup, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support. The Senior Service Engineer will also contribute to the growth of the service business within Emerson MSOL Lifecycle Services, which provides expertise, technology, and processes to enhance operational safety and system reliability for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform startup and commissioning activities, fault analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for Analytical Systems and Measurement Products.
• Provide advanced technical support for various products including Fire & Gas Detectors, Liquid Analyzers, Combustion Analyzers, Continuous Gas Analyzers, CEMS, Process Gas Chromatographs, Cascade systems, and Measurement Products.
• Conduct site surveys, site walkdowns, and installed-base assessments to identify opportunities for upgrades, modernization, and consulting.
• Execute field modifications and upgrade projects, either independently or under the supervision of a Project Manager as required.
• Support and mentor Field Service Engineers in troubleshooting activities and complex service challenges.
• Deliver customer training on product operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Support the planning and execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Support initiatives focused on growing aftermarket services revenue.
• Prepare service reports and ensure timely communication of project and service outcomes to customers.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Experience
