About the Role

Whitecollars is recruiting on behalf of a prominent client, a rapidly expanding chain of restaurants and cafés across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for their diverse workforce. This full-time, on-site position is based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, requiring 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

Role Scope and Impact

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments, including Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Restaurant Operations, Customer Service, and other corporate and operational functions. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified talent to support the client's continuous growth and high service standards, while ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Handle end-to-end hiring for a variety of positions across departments such as Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Restaurant Operations, and Customer Service.
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Source, attract, and assess qualified candidates through diverse recruitment channels and interviewing methods.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics, provide hiring reports, and continuously refine recruitment strategies and processes.
• Stay informed on recruitment best practices and market trends to enhance hiring processes continually.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting for multiple functions, including Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Retail, or Hospitality.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
