About the Role

Match | ماتش is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for retail and frontline positions. This full-time role is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering hiring needs in both Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for high-volume recruitment, focusing on positions such as Sales, Store Operations, Supervisors, and Store Managers. The role involves ensuring that hiring targets, timelines, budgets, and Saudization requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail and frontline roles.
• Handle high-volume hiring for various retail positions including Sales, Store Operations, Supervisors, and Store Managers.
• Source and screen candidates effectively through multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent hiring activities with Retail Operations teams.
• Support recruitment campaigns and staffing for new store openings.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring retail positions.
• Ensure compliance with hiring targets, timelines, budgets, and Saudization requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience in retail recruitment is required.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi talent market and Saudization regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Location

This position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with recruitment activities covering both Jeddah and Makkah regions.
