About the Role

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail is seeking a Specialist, Licensing Administration to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on managing the commercial aspects of licensing agreements, including contracts, royalties, and compliance. The position is critical for maintaining strong relationships with licensees and ensuring accurate financial execution.

Role Purpose

The Specialist, Licensing Administration is responsible for overseeing all commercial elements of licensing agreements. This includes ensuring compliance with contractual terms, managing financial execution, and fostering long-term collaboration with licensees. The role also involves identifying and developing new licensing opportunities to support business growth and align commercial performance with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage licensing agreements, including negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
• Monitor licensee production and sales reports to ensure accurate royalty calculations and compliance.
• Coordinate with finance teams for timely and accurate invoicing and collection of royalties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with licensees, ensuring responsiveness and collaboration.
• Identify and develop new licensing opportunities to expand market presence.
• Work closely with finance teams to ensure proper execution of invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Oversee asset movement, including gauges and tools, ensuring proper tracking and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to contractual terms, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare commercial reports, performance dashboards, and forecasts related to licensing activities.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in licensing administration, contract management, or a similar commercial role. Experience with royalty tracking, financial coordination, and relationship management is essential for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, within the Eastern region. The role requires close coordination with internal finance teams and external licensees.
