About the Role

CyberTimes is seeking a Sr. Cyber Security Consultant to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This full-time position requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on strategic security assessments, architecture design, and incident response leadership.

Role Overview

This strategic role involves conducting high-level security assessments and designing end-to-end security architectures for complex environments, including cloud, operational technology (OT), and zero-trust frameworks. The consultant will also lead major incident response efforts and advanced threat hunting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-level security assessments and risk analyses for enterprise and OT environments.
• Design comprehensive security architectures aligned with industry standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
• Lead significant incident response engagements and conduct advanced threat hunting.
• Provide guidance to clients on regulatory compliance, including Saudi NCA, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
• Develop and review security policies and standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of experience in cybersecurity is required, with at least 5 years in a consulting or advisory capacity.

Mandatory Certifications

• CISSP (Mandatory)
• CISM (Mandatory)
• CISA (Mandatory)

Additional Skills and Expertise

• Hands-on experience with SIEM solutions (*, Splunk, QRadar), SOAR, EDR, firewalls, and IAM.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols and industrial protocols such as Modbus and OPC-UA.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Familiarity with CCSP and AWS/Azure Security Specialty certifications is beneficial.
