About the Role

Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. is seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher – Daycare / Early Childhood Teacher to join the team at Dhahran Day Care Center in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role involves providing quality early childhood education and leading classroom activities. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for young children. This includes planning suitable learning experiences and maintaining effective communication with parents and administration regarding children's progress and classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging learning atmosphere for young children in a daycare setting.
• Lead classroom activities, taking responsibility for planning and implementing suitable learning experiences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and administration concerning the assigned classroom and children's development.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and administration to support children's learning, development, and well-being.
• Plan and organize classroom activities that promote children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare classroom.
• Monitor children's progress and maintain appropriate classroom records and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of three years of full-time employment experience.
• Proven experience in Early Childhood Education, preferably within a daycare or preschool environment.
• Completion of a minimum of 60 semester hours of post-secondary credit or two years of academic training beyond high school.
• A bachelor's degree in Education is preferred.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.

Work Environment

This role is based at the Dhahran Day Care Center in Dhahran and operates on a full-time schedule. The position requires an individual who can contribute effectively to a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities.
