Early Childhood Education Teacher Role

Abdulaziz International School is seeking a Native Early Childhood Education Teacher to join its team in Al Khalaiq Al Gharbiyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring student success and helping them reach their full potential by implementing the SABIS® curriculum and philosophy through consistent use of SABIS® teaching methods. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach classes using provided lesson plans, and develop plans based on pacing charts when necessary, adhering to the SABIS® point system.
• Mark exams for the assigned subject in accordance with established schedules and materials.
• Discuss student disciplinary and performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD) as required.
• Implement the SABIS® Point System to maintain an effective learning environment in the classroom.
• Proctor exams as needed, ensuring a properly managed test environment.
• Provide support, guidance, and motivation to academically low-performing students to help them improve.
• Assist with various duties including student testing, substituting for absent teachers, organizing students for lunches and buses, controlling traffic, and other administrative tasks assigned by school management.
• Prepare for and participate in student life events such as art activities, open houses, and physical education, in coordination with the Student Life Coordinator (SLC).
• Attend training sessions as requested by school management to enhance understanding of the SABIS® system and improve student performance.
• Perform other related tasks or projects as delegated by school management.
