The Role

AECOM is seeking a BIM Manager to join its team in Duba and Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves working under limited supervision and with project management oversight to deliver Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions specifically for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role focuses on providing technical expertise and support to design staff, ensuring BIM models align with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver BIM solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects under limited supervision and with project management oversight.
• Provide training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system.
• Create 3D models using project specifications and content specific to water treatment facilities, distribution systems, and related infrastructure.
• Deliver direct project support and production for assigned water and PMC projects, creating comprehensive drawings and models using industry standards.
• Ensure models meet project requirements for components such as water treatment, pumping stations, pipeline systems, and control systems.
• Coordinate with project management consultants and stakeholders to ensure BIM models align with project schedules, budgets, and water infrastructure design standards.
• Manage BIM documentation and model coordination across multidisciplinary teams involved in water infrastructure development and delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering BIM solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling systems and 3D modeling.
• Experience in providing technical support and training to design staff.
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
