Join Our Team as an Engineer Surveyor!

We are seeking a qualified Engineer Surveyor with infrastructure experience to join our team at AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company. As an Engineer Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting infrastructure development projects including roads, bridges, utilities, and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys for infrastructure projects.
• Use total stations, GPS, and other survey equipment to collect and verify data.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, field notes, and maps.
• Assist in the design and layout of infrastructure components such as roads, pipelines, culverts, and earthworks.
• Monitor and verify construction work to ensure it conforms with design specifications and survey plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and local authorities during project planning and execution.
• Conduct as-built surveys and prepare final deliverables using CAD and GIS software.
• Manage survey data processing and maintain accurate records in digital and hardcopy formats.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 58 years of experience in land or engineering surveying, preferably within infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in using survey instruments (*, Trimble, Leica), GPS systems, and CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation).
• Understanding of civil construction practices, infrastructure development processes, and engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of local regulations and construction standards is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Surveyor License or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
• Experience with UAV/drone surveys and photogrammetry.
• Familiarity with BIM and 3D modeling software.

About the Job
The Accounting Auditor will be responsible for meticulously examining Azhar Group's financial records, statements, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, and full compliance with both internal policies and relevant Saudi Arabian laws and financial reporting standards (*, IFRS adapted for KSA). This role is crucial for identifying discrepancies, assessing financial risks, preventing fraud, and recommending improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes across the Group's diverse sectors, including construction, real estate, education, health, Hajj and Umrah, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements, general ledger accounts, transactions, and accounting records to verify accuracy and adherence to established accounting principles.
• Examine internal controls related to financial processes to assess their effectiveness.
• Perform substantive testing on financial data to ensure compliance with KSA financial reporting standards.
• Ensure all practices comply with applicable Saudi Arabian laws, including tax laws and Zakat requirements.
• Stay informed about changes in Saudi Arabian accounting standards and advise on necessary adjustments.
• Identify potential financial risks and provide detailed findings and recommendations.
• Prepare clear audit reports documenting findings and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate findings effectively to finance management and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to implement changes and monitor effectiveness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies.

Qualifications & Competencies

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Master's a plus) and a mandatory professional certification like SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CIA.
• 68 years of progressive experience in accounting/financial audit or a senior accounting role.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS (KSA adapted), Saudi tax laws, and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Consistently exceed sales and subscription targets as defined by quarterly objectives.
