The Opportunity

Almarai is expanding through aggressive growth programs and acquisitions in new vertical markets. This expansion has created an opportunity to join a multinational team dedicated to furthering the group's growth plans. The company is seeking a Regional Training Officer (Sales) to contribute to its operations in Hafar Al Batin.

About the Role

The Regional Training Officer (Sales) supports the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning objectives. This role focuses on equipping employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes through both classroom and on-the-job training. The primary goal is to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams within the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning goals.
• Deliver classroom training sessions to employees.
• Conduct on-the-job training to develop employee skills.
• Equip employees with essential skills, knowledge, and appropriate attitudes.
• Contribute to enhancing the operational efficiency of individuals and teams.
• Work towards improving the overall performance of individuals and teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

This is a full-time position based in Hafar Al Batin. The role is integral to a dynamic multinational team focused on supporting Almarai's continued growth.
