The Role

Almarai is seeking a Regional Training Officer to join the team in Hafar Al Batin. This full-time role involves supporting the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning objectives. The officer will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and individual and team performance by equipping employees with necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning goals.
• Deliver classroom training sessions to employees.
• Conduct on-the-job training to develop employee skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to enhancing the operational efficiency of individuals and teams.
• Work to improve the performance of employees through targeted training initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

This is a full-time position based in Hafar Al Batin.
