Training Executive

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Training Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on coordinating and delivering training programs that align with hotel priorities and support employee development. The Training Executive will contribute to fostering a positive and productive training environment within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the in-house training plan by coordinating and delivering high-quality training programs that align with hotel priorities.
• Identify and support training needs in partnership with line managers, department heads, HR, and the Training Manager. This includes assessing development needs, implementing learning initiatives, and reviewing progress monthly.
• Administer required training courses, coordinating legal, compliance, and vocational qualification programs to ensure employees meet standards and progress professionally.
• Engage and connect trainers across the hotel by leading monthly meetings to share progress, review needs, and ensure consistent training delivery.
• Inspire and develop the team by supporting team members, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive training environment.
