The Opportunity: Regional Training Officer

Almarai is seeking a Regional Training Officer to join the team in Hafar Al Batin, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role supports the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning objectives by developing employees' skills, knowledge, and attitudes through both classroom and on-the-job training. The primary goal is to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning goals.
• Equip employees with necessary skills, knowledge, and appropriate attitudes.
• Conduct classroom training sessions.
• Provide on-the-job training.
• Contribute to enhancing the operational efficiency of individuals and teams.
• Work towards improving overall team performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver training effectively.
• Understanding of training methodologies for both classroom and on-the-job settings.

Work Environment

This role is based in Hafar Al Batin, Eastern Region, and is a full-time position within a dynamic multinational team dedicated to supporting the growth plans of the Almarai group.
