The Role: Training Specialist

Zofeur is seeking a Training Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The specialist will be responsible for the full training cycle, from needs assessment to effectiveness evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs by evaluating employee strengths and weaknesses.
• Design and build comprehensive training programs and prepare teaching plans.
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
• Acclimate new hires to the business through orientation sessions.
• Deliver various training courses to employees.
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques into work behavior.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any changes or updates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Science degree in Education, Training, HR, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events.
• Demonstrated ability to master the full training cycle.
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
