Training and Development Specialist

About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join its Human Resources Department. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with opportunities in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for contributing to the strategic development and implementation of training programs within the organization. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills and fostering professional growth across various departments, aligning with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, and consultation with managers.
• Developing and implementing training programs that address identified needs and company goals.
• Organizing and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.
• Maintaining records of training activities, attendance, and results.
• Collaborating with department heads to ensure training initiatives support business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in training and development or a related Human Resources field.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using training software and learning management systems (LMS).

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within the Human Resources Department of Jazera Arabia Contracting. The role is based in the Makkah region, with primary work locations available in Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a professional team environment.
