The Role of Regional QSHE Coordinator (Sales)

Almarai is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator (Sales) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves maintaining Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems within the region. The coordinator will focus on ensuring compliance across all stages, including receiving, inspecting, handling, storing, selling, and delivering products, by implementing established QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain QSHE management systems within the designated sales region.
• Ensure QSHE standards are met during the receiving and inspection of products.
• Oversee QSHE compliance in product handling and storage processes.
• Implement QSHE strategies for product selling and delivery to consumers and customers.
• Apply QSHE standards, policies, and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Membership in IOSHE is required.
• ISO 9001:2008 certified Lead Auditor.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Dairy QA and QMS, HSS, and EMS.
• Demonstrated experience in ISO/HACCP implementation with certified companies.
• Proficiency in computer systems and SAP environment.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of product composition and quality.
• Understanding of food hygiene and food safety principles.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic communication skills.
