The Opportunity: Regional QSHE Coordinator (Sales)

Almarai is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator for a full-time position. This role is essential for maintaining Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems within the sales region. The coordinator will ensure compliance with QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures across all stages, including receiving, inspecting, handling, storing, selling, and delivering products, to meet consumer and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain QSHE management systems within the assigned sales region.
• Oversee QSHE compliance during product receiving, inspection, handling, and storage.
• Ensure adherence to QSHE standards throughout the selling and delivery processes of products.
• Implement QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Work to satisfy consumer and customer needs through effective QSHE practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Membership in IOSHE.
• ISO 9001:2008 certified Lead Auditor.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Dairy Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience in Health and Safety Systems (HSS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Proven experience in ISO/HACCP implementation with certified companies.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of product composition, product quality, food hygiene, and food safety.
• Proficiency in computer applications and exposure to SAP Environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic communication skills.
