The Role of Senior Team Manager (Civil Maintenance Supervisor)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager (Civil Maintenance Supervisor) to lead civil projects and supervise site activities in Hail. This full-time role involves ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards, managing contractors, providing technical oversight, and coordinating projects. The position requires 2-5 years of experience, with a focus on civil engineering and supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, work crews, and contractors.
• Ensure construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor quality, project progress, and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within established standards.
• Conduct site inspections and address construction-related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or engineering capacity.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with soil, aggregate, cement, and field compaction testing.
• Knowledge of construction quality control and assurance practices.
• Demonstrated ability in civil works supervision and contractor management.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
