About the Role

GREENLAND GROUP is seeking a Civil Supervisor to oversee daily site operations. This full-time role involves coordinating work, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards on construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably gained overseas in a Gulf country.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily field operations and coordinate work effectively between engineers, contractors, and laborers.
• Inspect materials and completed construction work to verify compliance with approved blueprints and safety codes.
• Implement workplace safety rules, conduct daily hazard checks, and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Track work milestones, manage material supplies, and report any delays or issues to project managers.
• Resolve on-site technical discrepancies or labor conflicts as they arise to maintain project flow.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor.
• Overseas experience is required, with a preference for experience gained in a Gulf country.
