About the Role

Ram Arbia For General Contracting is seeking a dedicated Concrete and Finishes Supervisor (Civil Foreman) to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a field supervisor with strong experience in executing and overseeing concrete and finishing works, capable of leading work teams and ensuring project execution aligns with plans, technical specifications, and approved timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise concrete and finishing works on site.
• Monitor labor and subcontractors, organizing and distributing daily tasks.
• Execute and monitor works according to executive plans and approved technical specifications.
• Read and understand civil and architectural drawings and apply them on site.
• Monitor level control works and proficiently use a level instrument.
• Monitor concrete works through its various stages, as well as architectural and finishing works.
• Continuously coordinate with site engineers and project management regarding work progress.
• Monitor execution quality and ensure works comply with required specifications.
• Track site material needs and ensure their timely availability.
• Adhere to occupational safety requirements and procedures within the site.
• Address field problems and take appropriate actions to ensure continuous workflow.
• Prepare and follow up on daily work progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in concrete and finishing works.
• Strong field experience in contracting and construction project sites.
• Proficiency in reading executive, civil, and architectural drawings.
• Good experience in level control and using a level instrument.
• Ability to monitor labor and subcontractors and achieve required production rates.
• Ability to execute works according to the project's timeline.
