About the Senior Team Manager Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager to oversee a self-directing, multi-functional team. This position is essential for the efficient processing of poultry products, ensuring alignment with internal customer requirements, management performance parameters, product specifications, and quality and safety standards. This full-time role is based in Hail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the efficient intake of birds and processing of poultry products.
• Ensure internal customer requirements are met within established management performance parameters.
• Maintain strict adherence to defined Product Specifications.
• Uphold and enforce all Quality and Safety Standards.
• Propose plant modifications and process optimizations to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Sciences, or Poultry Disciplines.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in an ISO/HACCP-accredited rendering plant, supplying EU-categorized product.
• Knowledge of Meat Processing Plant & Packaging (Meat Rendering).
• Operational knowledge and skills in food safety systems and audits.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
