Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager (IPNC) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role involves managing a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on the manufacturing and packaging of infant formula products. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team in the production of infant formula.
• Oversee the manufacturing and packaging processes for infant formula products.
• Ensure compliance with all internal quality and operational standards.
• Maintain adherence to relevant regulatory requirements for infant formula production.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiencies.
• Promote and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
