Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a QA Technician to join the team in Hail. This full-time role is integral to coordinating all Quality-related aspects within the Poultry Operations. The QA Technician will work under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM: Poultry, providing essential support to the Plant's Quality team to ensure effective management of all quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Quality-related aspects within the Poultry Operations.
• Assist the Quality team within the Plant to effectively manage all aspects of Quality.
• Independently conduct Quality awareness programs.
• Engage with quality systems and audits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in food services or another related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant, with a preference for poultry experience.
• Demonstrated experience at a supervisory level.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Conversant with best practice Quality standards, including those outlined by APD and ISO 22000:2005.
• Ability to conduct Quality awareness programs independently.
• Proficiency in managing quality systems and audits.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with a multinational workforce.
