About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to lead the Outbound Hail Warehouse team. This full-time position is based in Hail and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate picking and dispatch of all finished goods orders, adhering to standard operating procedures.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the efficient and effective execution of all shift receipt and dispatch activities within the Hail warehouse. The Senior Logistics Supervisor will also provide coverage for the Team Manager during their absence, ensuring continuous operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate execution of all activities.
• Maximize warehouse space and facility utilization while maintaining adequate stock levels of warehouse consumables and operational materials.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage daily operations effectively.
• Understanding of standard operating procedures in a warehouse environment.
