The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Production Manager (Poultry) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role is part of an ongoing expansion program and strategic acquisitions, contributing to the group's growth plans. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing self-directing, multi-functional teams involved in the processing and packing of poultry products. The primary objective is to meet internal customer order requirements within established performance parameters, while ensuring strict adherence to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards. This role focuses on ensuring efficient operations and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize product quality to ensure all products meet required specifications.
• Maximize service to internal customers by delivering the right product at the right time and to the correct specification.
• Optimize product yield, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient plant utilization to maximize operational profitability.
• Ensure that all necessary Health & Safety on-the-job training is conducted for staff, promoting safe and efficient work practices.
• Direct, manage, and control required manpower and resources efficiently to achieve production targets.
• Motivate the workforce to meet future business challenges.
• Identify, plan, and implement requisite staff development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in production management, preferably within the poultry industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Proven capability in optimizing production processes, yield, and resource utilization.
