About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager for its Poultry Rendering Plant Operations in Hail. This full-time role involves managing and monitoring plant processes, overseeing routine operations, and ensuring the maintenance of all rendering equipment and systems. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to effectively manage the operations of the Poultry Rendering Plant. This includes implementing and monitoring operational processes, overseeing the daily functioning and upkeep of all rendering equipment and systems, and strategically organizing, coordinating, and allocating resources to optimize plant efficiency.
