Role Overview
The Senior Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing a self-directing, multi-functional team. The primary objective is to ensure the efficient intake of birds and the processing of poultry products to meet internal customer requirements. This will be achieved by adhering to defined product specifications and maintaining established quality and safety standards within management performance parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-functional team to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure efficient processing of poultry products according to specifications.
- Maintain adherence to all quality and safety standards.
- Implement and oversee food safety systems and conduct audits.
- Propose plant modifications and process optimizations to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Develop a positive team environment to boost employee output.
- Train team members for required job functions and foster workforce development.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Sciences, or Poultry Disciplines.
- 3-4 years of experience in an ISO/HACCP-accredited rendering plant supplying EU-categorized product.
- Knowledge of Meat Processing Plant & Packaging (Meat Rendering).
- Operational knowledge and skills in food safety systems and audits.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.

- Knowledge of international quality standards implementation.
- Ability to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce.
- Cooperative working relationships with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
- Capacity to work in coordination with a multicultural workforce.

This full-time position is based in Hail, Saudi Arabia.
