Role Overview: Team Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking an experienced Team Manager (Poultry) to lead the operation, maintenance, and performance of critical utility systems within a modern poultry processing facility in the Hail Region, specifically in Hail. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on ensuring the uninterrupted supply of essential services such as refrigeration, steam, compressed air, water, wastewater treatment, and power systems, while upholding high standards of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise utilities technicians and operators to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems, boilers, air compressors, generators, water treatment, wastewater treatment, HVAC, and electrical distribution systems.
• Ensure continuous availability of utilities to support production requirements.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and occupational health & safety standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of utility equipment failures.
• Manage utility-related contractors and service providers.
• Control spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets related to utilities.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including equipment availability, energy consumption, water usage, and maintenance performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and sustainability.
• Develop and coach team members to build technical capability and succession readiness.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 4-5 years of experience in a relevant field, specifically in managing utility systems within a processing or manufacturing environment.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Hail, within the Hail Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working directly within a poultry processing facility.
