About the Role

JIGPC - Jazan Integrated Gasification and Power Company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its strategic HR function in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to delivering HR processes that influence employee performance, engagement, and reward strategies. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of critical HR cycles and processes. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, offering guidance on performance and compensation matters, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) tracking.
  • Execute annual compensation processes, covering merit increases, bonus reviews, and salary adjustments.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all HR annual cycles.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding performance and compensation processes.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training and guidance materials for HR systems and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a preference for experience in Performance & Compensation.
  • Professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM is considered a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
