About the Role
JIGPC - Jazan Integrated Gasification and Power Company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its strategic HR function in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to delivering HR processes that influence employee performance, engagement, and reward strategies. The position is suitable for individuals passionate about performance management, compensation practices, and data-driven HR operations, who wish to develop within an organization contributing to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of critical HR cycles and processes. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, offering guidance on performance and compensation matters, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) tracking.
- Execute annual compensation processes, covering merit increases, bonus reviews, and salary adjustments.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all HR annual cycles.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding performance and compensation processes.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous HR process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training and guidance materials for HR systems and processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a preference for experience in Performance & Compensation.
- Professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM is considered a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment.

You must have proficiency in sports data collection technologies and the ability to record data in real-time with high accuracy. You should also have experience and comfort using mobile technology in dynamic environments. Necessary training and testing will be provided. There are opportunities for increased earnings based on performance.
Contract Details and Compensation
This role is a per-match contract, with a fixed payment of €55 per match. All CVs must be submitted in English.
