About the Fleet Mechanic Role

Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company (AQS-PEPSI) is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join their team in Jazan. This full-time position focuses on maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of the company's vehicle fleet.

Core Responsibilities

The Fleet Mechanic will be responsible for a range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the fleet operates reliably. Key duties include:

• Performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel engines and fleet vehicles.
• Diagnosing mechanical faults using specialized diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Repairing or replacing defective mechanical components as needed.
• Conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections to guarantee safety and optimal operational performance.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Adhering strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and workshop safety protocols.
• Collaborating effectively with the workshop team to ensure timely maintenance completion and minimize vehicle downtime.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the necessary technical background and practical experience to perform the duties effectively. The essential requirements are:

• A diploma or vocational training specifically in Diesel Mechanics.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of diesel vehicles.
