About the Role

Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا is seeking a POS Installation & Activation Specialist to join its Operations team in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience and focuses on the deployment and activation of Point-of-Sale (POS) devices across various partner locations.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient and timely installation, configuration, and activation of POS devices. The specialist will provide essential on-site technical support, conduct partner training, and ensure all deployment and issue resolution activities adhere to established service level agreement (SLA) timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit partner locations to install and activate POS devices.
• Configure devices and ensure proper system setup and connectivity.
• Conduct device testing and activation verification procedures.
• Train partners and their staff on basic device usage and operations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, including hardware, connectivity, and software problems.
• Replace or reconfigure devices when required.
• Document installation activities and update activation workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure that all installations and issue resolutions are completed within specified SLA timelines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work effectively in field operations and travel between various locations.
• Possession of a valid driving license and a willingness to travel as required for the role.

Work Environment

This position is based in Jazan, Saudi Arabia, and involves significant field operations. The specialist will be required to travel frequently to partner locations to perform installations, provide training, and resolve technical issues directly on-site.
