The Role: POS Installation & Activation Specialist

We are looking for a POS Installation & Activation Specialist to join our Operations team. This full-time position focuses on the deployment and activation of Point-of-Sale (POS) devices across partner locations in Hafar Al Batin. The specialist will be responsible for on-site installations, technical troubleshooting, and partner training to ensure smooth device activation within required service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Visit partner locations to install and activate POS devices.
• Configure devices and ensure proper system setup and connectivity.
• Conduct device testing and activation verification.
• Train partners and staff on basic device usage and operations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, including hardware, connectivity, and software problems.
• Replace or reconfigure devices when necessary.
• Document installation activities and update activation workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure all installations and issue resolutions are completed within defined SLA timelines.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role is suitable for individuals who are at the beginning of their career or have limited prior experience in technical installation and support.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Hafar Al Batin, Saudi Arabia, and involves working as part of the Operations team. The role requires on-site visits to partner locations within the city to perform installations and provide technical support.
