QHSSE Manager

About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking a QHSSE Manager to oversee all Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security aspects within its complexes and attractions in Jazan Province, specifically in Jazan. This full-time role involves ensuring a secure and compliant environment for employees, guests, and assets by adhering to QHSSE protocols and effectively managing potential threats and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement SEVEN QHSSE standards across the complex and attractions, aligning with business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate security resource allocation, budgeting, and staffing for operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for QHSSE matters with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities and emergency services.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures, conducting audits and assessments to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the budgeting process for QHSSE operations, optimizing resource allocation and controlling expenses.
• Lead and supervise security personnel, ensuring training, equipment, and effective duty performance.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential QHSSE threats and areas for improvement.
• Manage incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and internal teams for swift response.
• Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports, documenting QHSSE breaches, investigations, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, QHSSE standards, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement training programs for employees on QHSSE protocols and emergency response.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to protect company assets, inventory, and equipment.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Managerial Accountabilities

• Set performance goals for the QHSSE team and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies and industry partners.
• Lead employee performance management processes within the QHSSE department.
• Direct performance evaluation processes and validate results for security personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and service excellence within the QHSSE team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental management.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct audits, deliver training, and manage incidents and investigations.
• Experience in managing security personnel and access controls.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and coordinating with local authorities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jazan, Jazan Province. The role involves working within entertainment complexes and attractions, requiring a proactive approach to maintaining high QHSSE standards.
