Future Opportunity QHSSE Manager

About the Opportunity

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a Future Opportunity QHSSE Manager to oversee all Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security aspects within its complex/attractions. This full-time role is based in Taif, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience in QHSSE management.

Role Purpose and Scope

The QHSSE Manager is responsible for ensuring a secure and compliant environment for employees, guests, and assets. This involves conducting audits, delivering training, managing incidents and investigations, overseeing security personnel and access controls, performing risk assessments, and coordinating with local authorities. The role ensures adherence to QHSSE protocols and effective management of potential threats or incidents, contributing to a safe environment across the complex or attraction.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement SEVEN QHSSE standards, policies, and procedures across the complex and attractions, aligning with business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate security resource allocation, budgeting, and staffing for effective coverage and operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for QHSSE matters with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities and emergency services.
• Lead and supervise security personnel, ensuring training, equipment, and effective duty execution.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify QHSSE threats and vulnerabilities.
• Manage incidents and emergencies, coordinating responses with local authorities and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports, documenting breaches, investigations, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, QHSSE standards, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement training programs for SEVEN employees, including security and operations teams, on QHSSE protocols.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to protect company assets, inventory, and equipment.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Managerial Accountabilities

• Set performance goals for the QHSSE team and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and industry partners.
• Oversee the budgeting process for Complex/Attraction QHSSE operations, optimizing costs and resources.
• Lead employee performance management processes within the QHSSE department, promoting continuous improvement.
• Direct performance evaluation processes for security personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and service excellence within the QHSSE team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage security operations, risk assessments, and incident responses.
• Experience in coordinating with local authorities and emergency services.
• Proven leadership skills in managing and developing a QHSSE team.

This is a full-time position located in Taif, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within the dynamic environment of entertainment complexes and attractions. The role involves active engagement with various internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of safety and security.
